Assistant Restaurant General Manager

Assistant Restaurant General Managers are a key support to success in our business. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and partner in the management of all aspects in the Taco Bell Restaurant. We pride ourselves on providing customers with great food and a friendly experience. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching the Shift Leaders and Team members in store and feeding back to the RGM. Your goal is to drive great operational standards, nurture your people and deliver sales growth and opportunities. You will deputise for the RGM and will lead the restaurant in their absence. We would love a candidate who wants to progress and grow in to the next role.

You will need to demonstrate previous experience of working with a diverse workforce, particularly relevant in fast food, catering, hospitality or retail. We expect to see a proven track record of developing people within a customer service environment. A successful candidate will also have a desire to learn about P&L Accounts and how to achieve profit.

In our colleagues we love to see enthusiasm to execute outstanding customer service and the ability to support a team through motivation and engagement. Assistant Restaurant General Managers need to be commercially aware and should demonstrate strong sales focus. The role requires strong coaching skills, communication at all levels and excellent presentation.

A full driving license and access to a car are desirable to ensure that the successful candidate can make use of the vast network of restaurants that we have to learn in.
