Restaurant General Managers are the Gate Keepers to success in our business. You will lead and oversee the management of all aspects in the Taco Bell Restaurant. We pride ourselves on providing customers with great food and a friendly experience. You will be responsible for the line management of Assistant Managers and Team Leaders as well as the wider team. Your goal is to drive great operational standards, nurture your people and deliver sales growth and opportunities.
You will need to demonstrate previous experience of managing a diverse workforce, particularly relevant in fast food, catering, hospitality or retail. We expect to see a proven track record of developing people within a customer service environment. A successful candidate will also have an understanding of P&L Accounts and how to achieve profit.
In our colleagues we love to see enthusiasm to execute outstanding customer service and the ability to lead a team through motivation and engagement. Restaurant General Managers need to be commercially aware and should demonstrate strong sales focus. The role requires strong coaching skills, communication at all levels and excellent presentation.

A full driving license and access to a car are desirable to ensure that the successful candidate can make use of the vast network of restaurants that we have to learn in.
