On Thursday 2nd December the Group came together to hail the year (or two) that was!
We laughed, we danced, we drank and we celebrated the incredible performances of our teams across 2020 and 2021. The night was hosted by The Doubletree Hilton in Sheffield and produced by the fantastic team at Gustaf events.
Guests were served with 3 courses of traditional festive food, with vases of rainbow skittles and sweets adorning the tables. Rainbow balloons and trees lined the entrance with light up QFM letters welcoming the teams in to the room.
Throughout the night a charity raffle took place with over £2000 raised for Mind, a fantastic charity that supports mental health. Prizes were donated by suppliers and partners of the group and prizes included cash, vouchers, IPads, Wine Hampers and even Flights to New York City!
Awards were given out to the top performers across the brands and the RSC and Long Service was celebrated with all of the colleagues that came along on the evening.
The Directors Award was given to two superstars, Ioana Evans from the Restaurant Support Centre and Lisa Silcock HR Manager who were both awarded for their contributions to the business.
The highlight of the evening was a Golden Ticket announcement that saw a Costa restaurant Manager Niamh find a golden envelope under her chair containing £1000 in cash! Just an incredible end to a wonderful evening!
