Every day is so different when walking through the doors to QFM, you never know what to expect in the life of HR!
I work very closely with all employees across the business to help and support them in all situations. I maintain the HR inbox and answer the telephone along with my colleagues, we are the first point of contact when our instore teams need advice. This could be anything from how to support a member of their team to dealing with their new starts and leavers. I also support all members of the HR team with administrative tasks.
We help with recruitment across all the sites and we process all of the personnel packs and paperwork. At the moment we are working from home, but usually I share an office with the HR Team in our Restaurant Support centre. This means that we can share problems with each other and quickly arrive at the right solution for our customers.
I am currently expanding my learning by completing my CIPD as part of the apprenticeship scheme which is a great opportunity! I can’t wait to learn more about how I can support all of our teams further with my new skills!
